We want your stay at Curriers Lakeview Lodge to be relaxing and stress-free! To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our policies below:

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of arrival.
  • Peak Season (May 1 – October 31): A 2-week cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice require full payment for the reservation.
  • Off-Peak Season (November 1 – April 30): A 3-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
  • Group Reservations (10+ rooms): A 90-day notice is required for any refund. Full payment is due 89 days before arrival.
  • Peak Season Group Reservations (5+ rooms): A 60-day cancellation notice is required. Any group bookings should be discussed in advance to establish a contractual agreement for peak season cancellation policies.
  • Special Events & Bay House: A 2-week cancellation notice is required for holiday bookings, special events, and Bay House reservations.

Rates & Payments

  • Rates & policies may vary during peak times and special requests.
  • Corporate Rates are available in the off-peak season—call for details.
  • Weekly Stays receive a 10% discount during the off-peak season.
  • We do not accept checks. Debit cards are accepted and will be charged at check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Times:
    • Peak Season (May–Oct): 3:00 – 10:00 PM
    • Off-Peak Season (Nov–Apr): 3:00 – 8:00 PM
    • Arriving outside these hours? Please call ahead for arrangements.
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to book a reservation.

Smoking Policy

  • All guest rooms are smoke-free and vape-free.
  • Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the East side of the building in the parking lot. Receptacles are available near the picnic table for proper disposal.
  • Smoking inside your room will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to your account.

Pet Policy

🐾 Pet-Friendly Rooms Available

Pet Guidelines:

  • Pets must not be left unattended in rooms.
  • Excessive barking or disruptive noise must be addressed immediately by the pet owner. If disturbances continue, guests may be asked to make alternative arrangements for their pet.
  • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (pet bedding available upon request).
  • Cats must be kept in a kennel/crate while inside the room.
  • Leashes are required whenever pets are outside with their owner.
  • Pet waste must be cleaned up—complimentary waste bags and receptacles are provided.
  • Damage or excessive cleaning fees may apply according to policy.
  • More than one pet? A $30 daily pet fee will be added.

Kitchen Policy

To help keep our kitchens clean and fully stocked for all guests, please follow these simple guidelines:
No metal in the microwave.
Dispose of coffee grounds in the garbage (not the sink or toilet).
Pour grease into a container, not the drain.
Report broken dishes to the office for replacement (charges may apply).
Before checkout, please wash and return all dishes, pots, and pans to the cupboard.
A $50 charge will apply if the kitchen is left unclean at checkout.
